Site upgrade from Bootstrap 2 to 3.

A majority of the issues with the BS3 upgrade for the site have been resolved. If you find anything out of place or not functioning properly. Please let me know.

Thanks Posis, I can't find anything out of place as well. Tested on my iOS devices as well.
